| PhotographiCar combines 2 of my greatest passions, Photography and Classic Cars. | |

| I am a volunteer steward at Brooklands Museum (the birthplace of British Motorsport) where I help to steward and look after the exhibits in the Motoring Village, which is really great for me as it allows me access to and advance knowledge of meetings and events, and close contact with the bosses.... (quite important in pre-planning a photo shoot) |

| From 1984 until 2000 (for 16 years) I ran my own Classic Car restoration company, "The Workshop" (ingenious name I know, but it stuck...) as that was what I was referred to by classic car enthusiasts, who often became friends, as they would regularly meet at "The Workshop" with other enthusiasts for a cup of tea, chat about cars, see the restoration progress on their car, or sometimes just interested in an others car I was restoring. I eventually became more of a specific marque specialist dealing with the Porsche 356 model in particular. I built a support website for fellow Porsche enthusiasts as a helpful resource and a filter for my restoration work, specifically about the Porsche 356 model at www.classicporsche.net (The website is currently undergoing a major rebuild) |

| During the tenure of my restoration business, being integral to and so closely connected with Classic Cars, gave me countless opportunities to photograph them, either ones I was restoring or at Club meetings and shows where some of them were on display. | |
